fix a bunch of stuff before publishing (!6)

## changelog
- adds a CI
- adds `check` and `clippy` rules to `Makefile`
- adds content to README and make Clippy happy
- rename the two workspace crates: `dragoonfri-proc-macros` and `dragoonfri-test-utils`
- complete the TOMLs for `dragoonfri-proc-macros` and `dragoonfri-test-utils`
- fix the rest of the code
