prove file with holes with Semi-AVID

Lib crashes at semi_avid::prove() fn when trying to encode an audio file (10+ MB). Check encode_audio branch to reproduce the issue with logs to show the exact problem, which seems to be that empty polynomials are created.

Launch cargo test likewise (filter tests to only do the added one that shows the issue) :
