Improve quality of help given by swarm and build_network

The help messages provided by swarm xxx --help and build_network --help should be completed with information about each command option, e.g. what do no_compile, no_shell, replace_file_dir mean. ssh_addr_file purpose and format should also be described. Finally, default values should also be explicited.
